
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from Pottery Merchants, we will gladly accept your returned item within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received in their original (new and undamaged) condition. Refunds will not be awarded if returned items are received damaged. Shipping costs for returned items will not be covered. Please ensure that your return shipment is properly insured and fully trackable by the carrier you choose.
